As MMW Counsel practicing in insurance coverage and defence of commercial insurance claims, Ramon regularly appears before administrative tribunals including the Consent and Capacity Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
Ramon is an avid, but not particularly skilled golfer, tennis player, pianist, and nature photographer. When not occupied by insurance coverage disputes, litigation or policy wordings, he enjoys the serenity of his wife Rizalinda’s garden, a jog in the nature trails, and the neoclassical music compositions of his daughter Rachel.
He is also passionate about issues facing the Filipino Canadian community, acting as legal adviser to the Kababayan Community Centre and the Filipino Centre Toronto.
