Michael Kealy’s Cross-Examination Critical in Mistaken Names Decision

Michael Kealy was successful on an amendment motion. He was retained by LawPRO to act as the agent for the plaintiff’s lawyer to correct the name of defendants after the presumptive two-year limitation period had expired. He succeeded with the argument of misnomer, which is essentially that the defendants were misnamed. Notably, Michael’s cross-examination was excerpted by the Associate Justice at paragraph 21.
