Experience: Has appeared as counsel at all levels of trial and appellate courts in Ontario; is frequently retained by other lawyers to act as trial counsel in complex personal injury matters.
Areas of Practice: Insurance defence litigation; serious plaintiff personal injury; (wrongful death, brain injury, spinal injury, eye injury, back injury, amputation, fractures, chronic pain) product liability (elevators and escalators); car accidents, fires, sports and recreation liability (ski area premises liability claims); professional errors and omissions; insurance coverage disputes; and land contamination cases.
